Rivers of Blood
Ser Harlan Fisher
The only surviving heir of House Fisher
He is the youngest of Ser Torrhen’s three sons. We all fought loyally for the Targaryens during the war against the usurper and as such lost. His brothers were killed during the war, which has had a dire effect on their father. This along with the loss of wealth and holdings left House Fisher extremely weakened.
He has, since these traumatic events, withdrawn from the public eye and court, concentrating more on his martial duties and training. When required to attend Court he relies heavily on his advisors in such matters.
His current motivations are to restore House Fisher’s stability and wealth to what it once was.
On a more personal front he strives for excellence as a knight. His proudest moment being when Ser Barriston Selmy agreed to sponsor him. He has proved himself already in battle, but he is not arrogant enough to think that makes him great. He also wants to gain notoriety in tourneys. This, he hopes, will also have a positive knock-on effect for House Fisher.
The family name is very important to him as is the loyalty of those that serve the House. He’s aware the past may have had some darker events for House Fisher but in our days of glory we were great and a force to be reckoned with and that day will come again.
